If you are able to make a contribution, it will be greatly appreciated.

Please note the following requirements under Florida State Law:

• Individuals may not contribute more than $1000.

• The name and address of the contributor is required.

• Contributions greater than $100 also require the occupation of the contributor.

• Cash contributions greater than $50 cannot be accepted.

• Anonymous contributions cannot be accepted and will be donated to charity.

• Also, Federal law prohibits contributions from Foreign Nationals unless they possess a green card.
